A combination of free weights and traditional Vinyasa Yoga sequencing- think warrior II legs with bicep curl arms. Yoga sculpt is designed to help you build muscle and empower you to feel more confident and strong while moving through your traditional Yoga classes. 
We begin the class without weights, incorporate the weights in the middle of class, then lose the weights again to bring awareness to the strength and power you've created. Lastly, we will focus on core before we cool down and melt into Savasana. 
***Always optional to use body weight only instead of dumbbells***
