Vinyasa Flow unites body, mind, and breath. This class is designed as a moving meditation, every Vinyasa class is unique, creating the opportunity to become stronger, more flexible, & balanced, while practicing being present to the moment. After turning our attention inward, we begin with sun salutations to get the Prana (energy) flowing & continue our flow from there. Expect to build heat in this class and ignite your inner Agni (fire).
