This beginner Yoga class series introduces postural foundation (proper use of muscles for support), principles of alignment, balance and breath work. Students will be introduced to Yoga poses through verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, & stability within each pose in a supportive environment.  
You will leave this series ready to choose and feel confident in your next Yoga classes.
