This class welcomes your infant in the comfy, restful setting you bring for them. We invite you to bring comforting tools for your baby to relax and allow you the opportunity to move your body to the feel good Yoga flow.
Mommy and Baby Yoga is dedicated for moms that want to move their bodies, but don't necessarily want to leave their babies behind. We understand there might be some crying and fussing in this class- but Mommy will be right next to the baby for quick comforting.
