Traditionally a preparation for meditation, this Hatha Yoga focuses on conscious breathing, strength building, flexibility, and proper alignment in the physical poses of Yoga. Hatha is fundamentally about finding the balance between effort & ease, so YOU will determine the level of challenge in this class, letting your breath and body find your threshold and, if needed, modifications and props are always within reach to make each pose work for your practice.
