Turn stress into sweat as we flow with intention and breath in this full-body practice designed to sculpt & strengthen with light free weights, small rhythmic movements, stretch, and challenge. Traditional Vinyasa Yoga sequencing will ground you as we sculpt & sweat.
***Always optional to use only body weight instead of dumbbells***

This is a heated class. The room is typically heated to 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
Expect to sweat and prepare accordingly. We suggest bringing a towel, and water, or a hydrating drink.
