Moving at a mindful pace, we explore longer holds, graceful transitions, and breath-centered awareness to cultivate both resilience and ease. Expect to sweat, stretch, and leave feeling clear, grounded, and renewed.

This is a heated class. The room will be heated to @90degrees. We recommend you bring water and a towel.
