This is a beginner friendly class heated to 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

A gentle, welcoming class designed for anyone and everyone! This class focuses on learning foundational poses (asanas), basic breathing exercises (pranayama), and safe movements in a warm, cozy space. 
The warmth from the infrared heaters offers the additional health benefits of strengthening your immune system and reducing both stress and anxiety. Enjoy this calm, steady-paced class and  build confidence and strength to prepare you to take any of our offered classes.
